What We Do
The research, the paperwork, the coordination with institutions. These tasks are essential but often fall entirely on grieving families. We do the legwork and prepare everything, so executors can act with clarity and confidence.
When families arrive at appointments organized, informed, and clear on their situation, advisors can do their best work. We help make that possible.
Attorneys and financial professionals focus on legal and financial strategy. We handle the practical day-to-day execution, so their time is used efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.
Think of us as your dedicated project manager for after-loss services: organized, compassionate, and committed to ensuring every detail is handled with care.
What We Do
We serve as your dedicated liaison, handling the practical, day-to-day execution that ensures nothing is overlooked, working alongside legal and financial professionals every step of the way.
Executors carry significant legal responsibility, and many decisions are theirs alone to make. We research requirements, organize information, and prepare everything they need so they can act with confidence and clarity.
We facilitate the closure and transition of accounts across financial institutions, utilities, subscriptions, and memberships. We handle correspondence on your behalf and equip you for necessary follow through.
At your direction, we coordinate with banks, government agencies, insurance companies, and other institutions, researching requirements, preparing everything the executor needs, and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
From real estate to personal property to specialized service providers, we coordinate the essential services required to settle an estate with precision and discretion.
We organize, track, and manage the extensive documentation estates require: death certificates, legal filings, correspondence. We maintain clear records throughout.
Every estate is unique. We craft a personalized administration plan that reflects the specific circumstances, assets, and wishes of your family and loved one.
How We Work Together
Every client's situation is unique. We offer three ways to engage, from a first conversation to full end-to-end support.
Step One
A 20-minute call to listen to your situation and explain how we can help. There's no obligation and no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what you need.
The right place to start.
Step Two
A 90-minute in-person meeting where we review the full scope of the estate, identify the tasks and institutions involved, and build a personalized work plan with clear priorities and timelines.
Clarity where there was uncertainty.
Step Three
We manage the day-to-day from first steps to final resolution: the calls, the paperwork, the coordination with institutions and professionals. We meet weekly to review progress and ensure nothing is missed.
Full support, start to finish.
Our Founder
I came to this work through personal loss. After losing my mother, and then my best friend the following year, I found myself simultaneously navigating both profound grief and an unexpected administrative labyrinth.
As an IT executive I led complex projects and large teams through difficult challenges, but nothing fully prepared me for the emotional and logistical weight my family faced. The tasks were time-consuming, frustrating, and complex. Families are expected to notify contacts, negotiate medical bills and facilitate account closures, all while grieving.
As I worked through these responsibilities, I began to see that my analytical approach, organizational skills, and compassionate nature equipped me to navigate this terrain in a way that could help others. I discovered not just a capability, but a calling.
Through that journey, I recognized a significant gap in support for families during one of their most vulnerable times. Families deserve someone in their corner, not just for legal and financial guidance, but for the practical, day-to-day work of putting things in order.
